摘要
通过对食品机械与设备课程教学现状与存在问题的详细分析,从教材选择、内容安排、方法改进和实践环节等方面进行了阐述,并提出了教学改革的一些新观点和新理念。
Textbook selection, learning plan, method improvement and practical training were discussed in detail according to an analysis of the teaching status and problems of the food machinery and equipment course. New ideas and principles were then put forward for the educational reform in this course.
