摘要
本文选择从文化的视角来研究学校制度的建设,认为教育管理者要保证学校制度良好运行,仅仅依靠外在约束是不够的,还需要道德等非理性因素的辅助作用,既要用合理的规章制度规范人,又不是简单机械强迫的管理,而是通过调动人的积极性,使刚性的制度内化成组织成员的行为准则,在学校制度的制定和实施中贯注仁道、平等、正义等人文色彩,赋予它一定的文化关照。期望本研究可以为学校管理者建设和完善学校制度文化提供理论基础,拓宽教育管理者的视野,以促进学校教育的和谐发展。
This article studies the construction of school system from a cultural aspect, it concludes that the educational managers should ensure that the school system functions well, it is not enough to just rely on external restriction, morality and other irrational factors of the auxiliary function. The school should use reasonable rules and regulations to restrict students, and it is not the management by mechanical force, but by the people' s enthusiasm to make rigid system internalize to be the behavior criterions for the members of the organization. The managers should put energy, equality, justice, benevolence, etc, in the formulation and implementation of school system and give humanism cultural care. This study is expected to provide the theoretical foundation for school administrators to construct and improve the school cultural system and widen the vision of educational managers to promote the harmonious development of the school education.
