摘要 新建本科院校是应用技术大学转型发展的主体。这类院校因其资源劣势与品牌劣势,在全国高校发展格局中竞争力不强,竞争优势不明显,属于典型的"弱势"高校。在新建本科院校向应用技术大学的转型发展中,要充分挖掘大学文化这一无形资源的价值,培育独特的大学精神文化、激发大学制度文化的内生动力,提升环境文化的育人功能,培育文化竞争力进而提升其核心竞争力。 The newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities are the main body of the transformation and development of applied technology ones. Because of their resource disadvantages and brand inferiority, such colleges and universities are not competitive in the development pattern of national colleges and universities, and their competitive advantages are not obvious, so they belong to the typical “weak” colleges and universities. The key to improving their quality is to integrate resources by exploring the values of intangible resources, cul-tivating a unique spiritual culture in colleges and universities, stimulating the inner driving force of institutional culture and improving the education function of environmental culture to establish cultural competitiveness, thus enhancing the core edge of newly-built colleges and universities.
