摘要
在多元社会文化诱发下,我国大学表现出新旧文化、学术文化与社会文化、校本文化与外部文化、师生文化的冲突。应用型大学作为高等教育转型发展新类别,以培育学生的道德文化、职业文化、民族文化与工匠精神为主要任务,在外部价值文化、传统思维定式等因素影响下,出现治理文化、精神文化、制度文化、物质文化缺失现象。提升应用型大学文化竞争力,需要重塑内部文化价值,融入工匠精神,加强现代大学制度建设,营造良好的校园文化环境,致力于打造精益求精、德高技钻、孜孜以求的特色文化体系。
Induced by pluralistic social culture, Chinese universities show conflicts between old and new culture, academic and social culture, school-based and external culture, and teacher and student culture. As a new category of higher education transformation and development, application-oriented universities takes cultivating students’ moral culture, professional culture, national culture and craftsman spirit as its main task. Under the influence of external value culture and traditional thinking stereotype, the phenomenon of lack of governance culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture appears. To enhance the cultural competitiveness of application-oriented universities, it is necessary to reshape the internal cultural values, integrate into the craftsman spirit, strengthen the construction of modern university systems, create a good campus culture atmosphere, and devote themselves to building a characteristic cultural system that strives for excellence, high-tech drilling and diligence.
