摘要
教育制度规范从道德(规范)中分化出来以后,就获得了自身相对独立的发展途径与形式,具有了自身发展的内在逻辑,并在发展过程中日趋完备化、技术化、实证化。日益偏重于理性、逻辑性、客观性、自我利益以及教育效率重要性的教育制度规范在其实际运作中给教育的健康发展带来了一系列消极影响,因此,浸润着道德精神、道德情怀的教育制度规范,无疑是其合理运作的前提。
Educational institutions and standards, which had been separated from morality standards, relatively independent way and form of development with an internal logic of its own, and gradually perfec gain a t, skill and demonstrate in the process of development. But the educational institutions and standards, which gradually lay particular stress on the rational, the logic, the objective efficiency, have produced a series of negative impact to that the educational institutions and standards with moral , the individual interests and the importance of educational the healthy development of education. So there is no doubt spirit and feelings are the prerequisite of running it reasonably.
