图书情报学教育质量及其共性与个性评价探讨 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前高等教育评价中存在的过分行政化、数量化、形式化、趋同化及缺乏个性化等问题,利用比较方法,借鉴学术评价的理论和方法,分析了问题产生的主要原因,提出了以"三元"评价代替"二元评价",以"六大要素"的评价体系和以评价目的为龙头指导教育质量评价,设立共性质量标准和个性质量标准等4项建议。对图书情报学教育质量共性与个性相融合的评价,提出要厘清每次评价的目的,要针对各个院系、不同专业,针对每个学生的个性,建立不同的评价标准,要适当延长评价周期,营造宽松教学与研究环境,要提高教育质量精细评价的专业化水平,要建立独立、权威的评价机构,以保证评价的公正性、合理性和权威性。 According to the problems existed in the higher education evaluation, such as too much administra- tion, quantitative, formalization, trends of convergence and lack of personalization, we analyze the main reasons caused the problems using the comparison method and draw on the theories and methods of education evaluation. We then propose four suggestions: use of the ternary evaluation instead of dual evaluation; use of the "six main elements" evaluation system; with the evaluation purpose as the leading of evaluation; and the establishment of the common quality standards and personal quality standards. To integrate the common evaluation with the individual evaluation, we should clarify the purpose of evaluation and establish different evaluation standards according to the different institutes and departments, different majors and every student's personality. At the same time, we should extend the time length of evaluation, foster a relaxed environment, improve the professional level of fine evaluation, and establish an independent and authoritative evaluation institution to ensure that the evaluation is fair, reasonable, and authoritative.
