摘要
在借鉴国内外有关公众基础教育满意度研究的基础上,通过对教育领域专家访谈和2355名学生家长的问卷调查,旨在编制一套适用于基础教育的公众教育满意度问卷并对北京市公众满意度现状做调查。问卷将公众基础教育满意度分成六个因素,即国家教育政策和宏观环境,学校设施和教育环境,教学效果,家校交流和参与,校长满意度,学校安全和公正。测验结果显示问卷具有良好的信效度,可以作为测量公众基础教育满意度的工具,现状调查结果显示北京市公众对教育总体处于比较满意水平,其中对教学效果维度的满意度最高。
The researchers developed a questionnaire on public satisfaction with basic education by reviewing literatures home and abroad, interviewing experts in education field and making an initial survey on 2355 parents. The questionnaire consists of six dimensions, namely, national education policy and macro-educational environment, school's facilities and environment, teaching effectiveness, parent-school communication, satisfaction level of principal, and school safety and justice. Analysis indicates that the questionnaire has acceptable validity and reliability. The questionnaire was used to measure public satisfaction with basic education in Beijing. The results show people in Beijing are generally satisfied with the basic education, especially with teaching effectiveness.
