摘要
采用教师工作满意度问卷对贵州省260名初中教师进行调查,以比较不同教师群体的工作满意度情况。结果发现,贵州省初中教师对工作总体上是满意的;初中教师的工作满意度在性别、学校类型、婚姻状况、学历、职称、任教年级等方面存在显著差异。
Based on the questionnaires for teachers＇ work delight,this project studies the work delight of 260 Guizhou＇s junior middle school teachers.It is found that they are generally satisfied with their work but variation does exist in terms of gender,school type,marriage status,schooling certificate,professional title and the taught class.
