摘要
中小学教师的工作满意度没有显著的性别差异,但存在明显的年龄差异。随着年龄的增长,教师满意度呈上升趋势,中老年教师的满意度最高。但教师对不同工作要素的满意度的变化趋势可能不同,其中“保健”因素可能呈“U”形发展。
There is no gender difference on the job satistaction ot elementary and middle school teachers, DUt there is age difference. The older a teacher is, the higher satisfaction he has. The middle-aged and old teachers＇satisfaction is the highest. The tendency of teachers＇satisfaction may be different toward various job elements, in which the development of ＂hygiene＂ elements may appears as ＂U＂ .
