摘要
目的调查农村小学教师的工作满意度现状。方法使用《小学教师工作满意量表》对754名农村小学教师进行问卷调查,分析工作满意度情况及其与年龄和学历的关系。结果教师对整体工作的满意度为(3.74±0.64);满意度维度由高到低依次为:同事、工作本身、领导、晋升认可、收入;25~30岁年龄段的教师的工作满意度处于最低状态;随着学历的增高,工作满意度有下降趋势;工作本身、晋升认可、同事和收入4者对满意度总体评价的解释度达到了68.2%。结论农村小学教师对整体工作的满意度较高;工作满意度与年龄、学历有关;充分满足教师精神层次的需要更能提高教师的工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers. Method To survey 754 rural primary school teachers using "The job satisfaction scale of primary school teachers " in order to analyze job satisfaction and its relationship with age and academic qualifications. Results The overall job satisfaction of teachers was (3.74 ±0.64) ; The satisfaction dimensions from high to low were: colleagues, the work itself, leadership, promotion, recognition, income; The job satisfaction of 25-30-year-old age group of teachers was on the lowest;the higher teachers' qualifications, the lower their job satisfaction was; The work itself, promotion, recognition, and income could explain the overall job satisfaction to the degree of 68.2%. Conclusion The overall job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers was high; Job satisfaction was related with age and education; Meeting the needs of teachers' spiritual level can fully enhance job satisfaction.
