摘要
目前对工作满意度的结构还没有一个统一的认识,国内外学者提出了多种观点。通过总结这些观点并在探讨工 作满意度的定义与层次性的基础上提出了工作满意度的新的结构模式假设。
This article summarizes perspectives about structure of job satisfaction by scholars of home and abroad. Then it discusses the definition, hierarchy and dimensionality of job satisfaction. At last it puts forward to the new structure model of job satisfaction.
