摘要
论述了纺织企业进行工作满意度测量的必要性 ,简要阐述了纺织企业中工作满意度的状况 ,并说明了纺织企业进行工作满意度测量时的注意问题。
Job satisfaction survey is very important to textile enterprise. In this paper, the necessity of job satisfaction survey is discussed, and some influential factors about job satisfaction are elaborated, also some noticeable problems in carrying out job satisfaction survey are explained.
