摘要
当前国际社会非常关注中小学生和大学生的性别平等教育问题,但对幼儿的性别平等教育仍处在初步的探索阶段,而对家庭中的幼儿性别平等教育的研究则更少。本研究主要以北京市幼儿家长为研究对象,编制一份适合中国家庭的幼儿性别平等教育问卷。把幼儿性别平等教育分为四个因素:尊重差异、尊重选择、创造条件、甄别环境,该问卷的信度和效度达到了心理测量学的要求,这为今后的性别平等教育研究提供了一个良好的工具。现状调查结果显示,北京市家庭中幼儿性别平等教育处于中等偏上水平,在四个维度上的性别平等教育水平存在着显著差异,由高到低依次为尊重差异、尊重选择、甄别环境和创造条件。
This study aimed to develop a questionnaire on children's gender equality education in Beijing.This consisted of reviewing literature from home and abroad,interviewing experts in the education and psychology fields,and making an initial survey of 1230 parents.The questionnaire respected children's biological and mental differences and their choices,created conditions for gender equality,and identified gender stereotypes based on various environments.Analysis indicates the questionnaire has acceptable validity and reliability.The questionnaire was used to measure the level of children's gender equality education in Beijing.The results show children's gender equality education in Beijing is above average.There is significant difference in four areas of gender equality education.Respecting children's biological and mental differences is best,the second is respecting children's choices,then identifying gender stereotypes based on various environments and creating conditions for gender equality.
