摘要
对黄花泡乌鳢的繁殖特性及人工繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明，乌鳢性成熟的年龄是２ ～３ 龄，产卵期是５ ～７ 月，卵子１ 次成熟，分批产出，属典型的浮性卵。绝对繁殖力和体长、体重密切相关。在水温２５－５ ℃～２８－０ ℃时，采用ＨＣＧ＋ ＲＥＳ＋ Ｂ 型激素，２ 次注射。孵化率达８４－１ ％ ，孵化时间３４ ～３８ ｈ 。
Astudy has been conducted on the artificial reproduction technology and reproduction property of Snakehead fish( Ophiocephalus argus) in Huanghua Lake-The results showed that Snakehead fish reached the first maturity in their second year or third year of life-The breeding season lastsfrom May to July-These eggs were maturated once and released by batches,belongsto floating eggs-The relationship between absolutefecundity and body length or body weight-havingtwo injection of human chorinic gonadtropin( HCG) ,dopamine( RES)and Btype hormone ,hac thing rate can attain 84-1 % and hacthing time is for 34 ～38 hours at the water temperature of 25-5 ℃～28 ℃-
