豫西脂尾羊的血清酯酶与体尺性状的关联分析 被引量:4

摘要 运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(PAGE)对豫西脂尾羊血清酯酶(Es)的多态性进行检测和分析。结果表明,在豫西脂尾羊上Es基因座有2个等位基因即Es^+和Es^-,而且Es^+和Es^-的基因频率别为0.55和0.45,有3种基因型Es^(++)、Es^(+-)、Es(^--),其频率分别为0.425、0.250和0.325。不同基因型西清酯酶对体尺的影响结果表明,在荐高方面,Es^(++)基因型显著高于Es+-基因型(P<0.05),而两者均与Es^(--)基因型没有显著差异(P>0.05)。在胸围方面,Es^(++)基因型极显著高于Es^(--)基因型(P<0.01),而两者均与Es^(+-)基因型的胸围没有显著差异(P>0.05)。Es对其他指标都无显著影响(P>0.05)。 In this study, the polymorphism of Arylesterase(Es) of Yuxi Fat-tailed sheep were detected and analyzed by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). The results showed that the Es loci of Yuxi Fat-tailed sheep have two alleles that Es~+ and Es^-,and the frequency was 0.55 and 0.45, respectively. The frequency of genotypes Es^(++),Es^(+-),Es^(--)was 0.425,0.250,and 0.325,respectively. The results also showed that the croup height of Es^(++)genotype was significant higher than the Es+-genotype(P0.05), both of which had no significant difference with the Es^(--)genotype(P0.05). The chest girth of Es^(++)genotype was significantly higher than that of the Es^(--)genotypes(P0.01), both of which showed no significant different with the Es^(+-)genotype(P 0.05). Es gene showed no significant effect on other indicators of body size such as body length, body height, chest depth, chest width and circumference of pastern(P0.05). The results could be a reference for the breeding and improvement of Yuxi Fat-tailed sheep.
