摘要
本文首先应用三维实体建模软件Pro/E、通用有限元分析软件ANSYS和机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了采煤机截割部虚拟样机模型,对其进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了行星架所受的外载荷并编辑生成载荷文件;然后将载荷文件导入ANSYS中,施加载荷和边界条件后,进行有限元分析,得到了行星架应力分布及变形情况;最后应用疲劳分析软件Nsoft对行星架进行疲劳寿命分析,得到了行星架的寿命情况。根据分析结果,应用ANSYS的优化设计模块对其进行优化设计,为采煤机截割部行星传动系统的可靠性设计提供了重要的依据。
The three-dimensional solid modeling software Pro/E, common finite element analysis software ANSYS and mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS are used to build a virlual prototype model of the Cutting Part of shearer. A dynamics simulation analysis is ean'ied on it. Then the external load suffered by Planet Carrier is gotten and edited to generate the load files. The load files are imported into ANSYS, with boundary conditions defined before carrying on the finite element analysis. According to analysis, the stress distribution and deformation on the Planet Carrier are acquired. Besides,a fatigue life analysis is made to get the life of the Planet Carrier by using the fatigue analysis software Nsoft. Finally, the design of the model is optimized by the optimization module in ANSYS based on analysis results. An important basis for planetary transmission reliable design of shearer is provided.
