摘要
应用Solid Works软件建立了采煤机的虚拟样机模型,得到了摇臂在采煤机工作中运动变化曲线。结果验证了所建的采煤机三维模型的正确性;揭示出采煤过程中采煤机摇臂运动的变化规律,为以后提高工作效率,研究摇臂工作状态提供了依据。
The virtual prototype model of shear is built by solidworks,the ranging arm of shear the main motion parameters curves of shearer ranging arm are obtained. The results verifies the correctness of the three-dimensional model of ranging arm,reveales the variation of the shearer ranging arm in operation,provides the evidence to improve eiTieiency.
