摘要
为改善采煤机的动态性能,本文通过简化与假设,建立了采煤机截割部传动系统的数学模型,并在此基础上应用数值分析方法,对整个传动系统模型进行了动态特性分析,并得出其各阶模态参数,对提高采煤机的抗振性能具有参考价值。
In order to improve the dynamic characteristic of a shearer, a mathematical model of the transmission system of shearer cutting unit is built by the methods of simplification and hypothesis. On the basis of mathematical model, the dynamic characteristic analysis of the whole system model is analyzed by numerical method and the model parameters of various orders are obtained. It sets up a basis for improving anti-shocking ability of a shearer.
