摘要
以MG300/700-WD型采煤机壳体为研究对象,采用Solidworks和ABQUAS软件建立仿真模型,从壳体的应力变化、位移变化两方面,对壳体的结构进行仿真分析研究,由此,掌握了壳体运行过程的变化规律,并对其结构进行优化改进设计,以提高壳体的结构性能、保证采煤机的生产效率。
Based on the case of MG300/700-WD coal cutter,the structure simulation and analysis of the shell were carried out by using Solidworks and ABQUAS software,and the structure simulation and analysis of the shell were carried out.This study is of great significance for improving the structural performance of the shell,ensuring the production efficiency of the coal mining machine.
