摘要
结合绞车的结构组成及绞车的使用情况,采用Solidworks与ABQUAS软件,通过建立行星架的三维模型,对行星架进行基于正应力变化、剪应力变化的仿真分析研究。结果表明,行星架的中部位置出现了较大的应力集中现象,在使用中可能率先出现变形量过大、断裂等故障现象,由此提出了行星架的结构改进建议。该研究对提高行星架的结构性能和绞车的使用安全具有重要理论意义。
Combined with the structure composition of winch and the use of winch,using Solidworks and ABQUAS software,the simulation analysis based on normal stress change and shear stress change is carried out by using Solidworks and ABQUAS software.The results show that there is a large stress concentration phenomenon in the middle position of the planet frame,and the fault phenomena such as excessive deformation and fracture may be the first in the use,and some suggestions for improving the structure of the planet frame are put forward.This study is of great theoretical significance to improve the structural performance and safety of winch.
