摘要 以分析矿用绞车结构组成为基础,采用Proe软件和ANSYS软件,建立了绞车滚筒的有限元仿真模型,对滚筒应力变化、结构变形进行仿真分析研究,结果表明,滚筒在实际使用中极容易在应力集中及结构变量大位置处出现疲劳失效、结构变形、断裂裂纹等故障,影响着绞车的作业安全,由此对滚筒结构提出了优化改进措施,以提高滚筒的结构性能及绞车作业效率。 Based on the structure composition of mine winch,the finite element simulation model of winch drum is established by using Proe software and ANSYS software.The simulation analysis of stress change and structural deformation of winch drum is carried out.The results show that fatigue failure,structural deformation and fracture crack are very easy to occur in the large position of stress concentration and structural variables in the actual use of the drum.The operation safety of the winch is ringing,so the optimization and improvement measures for the drum structure are put forward which is of great significance to improve the structure and performance of the drum.
