摘要
阐述了考虑凸轮轴柔性条件下,实现弧面分度凸轮机构运动仿真的途径和步骤,结合有限元技术和虚拟样机技术,研究了如何在柔性体凸轮轴与刚体分度盘之间施加作用力的思想和具体实现方法,为该机构的刚柔耦合运动仿真提供基础模型,并以一个算例验证了该方法的可行性。
Way and procedure of simulation of the roller gear indexing cam based flexible cam axes are expounded, and the method of forcing between flexible cam axes and rigid graduator is studied to set up the model for simulation of the roller gear indexing cam based rigid-flexible coupling. The feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
