摘要
基于协同的思想,文章就一种3-TPT并联机床为例,详细介绍了结合三种软件建立机械系统多体动力学模型的方法。首先在SolidWorks中生成三维模型,通过软件接口导入到ADAMS中,然后在ANSYS中生成柔性体得模态中性文件,再将其引入到ADAMS中,从而得到所需的柔性体生成柔性多体动力学模型,为精确进行动力学仿真和实际物理样机的制造提供了基础。
Based on cooperative thought, take a kind of 3-TPT parallel machine tool for example, the method how to unite the three software to build model of mechanical system is introduced detailedly. Firstly, the three-dimension models is built in SolidWorks and transmitted to ADAM S by software interface. Secondly, the modal neutral file of flexible body is generated in ANSYS, then it is introduced into ADAMS, then the flexible multibody model is build. The model can provide base for dynamic simulation and for building of practice physics prototype.
