摘要
采用刚柔耦合系统动力学方法对摆剪剪切钢坯的过程进行仿真,并对摆剪性能进行评估。给出了加载最大剪切力时摆剪各关键连接处所承受载荷的时间历程曲线以及曲轴的应力云图和沿轴向的变形。结果表明,曲轴的机械性能满足生产需求。
By using rigid-flexible coupling technology,dynamic simulation of the shearing process of continuous casting slabs were made to evaluate the shear performance of the pendulum flying shear.When the shearing force was maximal,the stress-time history curves of the key connections on the crankshaft and the stress distribution and deformation of the crankshaft during the shearing process were obtained.The results show that the mechanical properties of the crankshaft can meet production.
