摘要 介绍了活性焦吸附法的原理、工艺流程及贵溪冶炼厂活性焦吸附法硫酸尾气脱硫装置的工艺设计和设备配置情况。该脱硫装置已稳定运行近2年时间,各项工艺指标均超过设计值,平均进气量16.5×10~4m^3/h、平均进气ρ(SO_2)685mg/m^3、平均排气ρ(SO_2)78mg/m^3,平均脱硫效率达到88.6%。可减少SO_2排放约800t/a,多产w(H_2SO_4)98%硫酸约1 250 t/a,企业环境效益显著。 Principle and process of active coke adsorption process are described,as well as the process design and equipment configuration when used for sulphuric acid tail gas desulphurizationin Guixi Smelter.The desulphurization plant has stably operated for about two years with every operation index superior to design value.The plant operated with average feed rate of 16.5×10~4 m^3/h and average SO_2 concentration of 685 mg/m^3.The average SO_2 concentration in exhaust gas was 78 mg/m^3,and average desulphurization efficiency reached 88.6%.The plant can reduce SO_2 emission 800 t/a and increase sulphuric acid production about 1 250 t/a.
