摘要
目前工业烟气脱硫技术已高达200多种,其中湿法烟气脱硫技术占比最大。工业烟气湿法脱硫技术包括:石灰石(石灰)-石膏法、氨法、双碱法、钠碱法、氧化镁法、氧化锌法、磷矿浆(泥磷)法、赤泥浆法、离子液体法、有机胺法、柠檬酸钠法、微生物法、海水法、磷酸钠法、黄腐酸法和液相催化氧化法等。本文介绍了工业烟气湿法脱硫技术的过程和原理,系统地综述了各类技术的最新研究进展,归纳总结了各类技术的优缺点,并展望了工业烟气湿法脱硫技术的发展方向。
At present,there are more than two hundred kinds of desulfurization technologies for industrial flue gas.Among them,wet desulfurization technologies account for the largest proportion.The wet desulfurization technologies for industrial flue gas contain limestone(lime)-gypsum,ammonia,dual-alkali,sodium alkali,magnesium-based,zinc oxide,phosphorus slurry(mud-phosphorous slurry),red mud,ionic liquid,organic amine,sodium citrate,microbe,seawater,sodium phoshate,fulvic acid,and liquid phase catalyzed oxidation wet flue gas desulfurization methods.The processes and principles of wet desulfurization technologies are reviewed.Then the new present research progress on wet desulfurization technologies are sketched systematically.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of every desulfurization method are summarized.Finally,the development trends of wet desulfurization technologies are also discussed.
