摘要
分析3种主要硫酸生产原料(硫铁矿、硫磺和冶炼烟气)的属性和特点以及我国硫酸工业目前的原料格局,论述矿产资源全球化配置的必然趋势。对于本土资源硫铁矿,由于在制酸方面并无优势可言,要提升竞争力必须降低矿成本,提高矿品位,减轻环境污染,搞好综合利用;对于进口依存度高达90%以上的硫磺,要加强风险防范意识。建议采取"引进来"和"走出去"的战略,通过引进国外先进的技术和资金、重组大型矿业集团等措施提升我国本土资源硫铁矿的竞争力;通过借鉴国际通行规则规避大量进口硫磺的风险,以确保我国硫酸工业健康稳定地发展。
Resource attribute and characteristics of tree main raw materials, i. e. pyrite, sulphur and metallurgical off-gas, for sulphuric acid production and the present raw material pattern of China's sulphuric acid industry are analyzed and inevitable trend of global allocation of mineral resource is discussed. As an unfavorable raw material for sulphuric acid production, pyrite should raise its competitive capacity by lowering mining cost and increasing ore grad, reducing environmental pollution and implementing comprehensive utilization. For sulphur with a degree of dependence on import as high as over 90% , risk-prevention sense must be strengthened. It is proposed to adopt the strategies of 'going out and coming in' , to raise the competitive capacity of indigenous resource pyrite by introducing foreign advanced technologies and founds and restructuring large-scale mining group and to avoid risk of large quantities of sulphur import by practicing current international regulations, eventually to ensure healthy and steady development of China's sulphuric acid industry.
