摘要
根据目前我国硫酸工业的"三废"和能源消耗情况,探讨硫酸工业实现节能减排的主要措施:优化系统,降低系统压力降;采用高效风机、酸泵;提高废热的回收利用率;提高二氧化硫转化率,减少尾气二氧化硫排放量;回收利用低浓度冶炼烟气;回收利用酸性废水中的砷。硫酸工业实现节能减排需要解决好国家政策扶持、政府鼓励,企业社会责任与经济效益以及理性选择工艺、设备及其参数等问题。
Based on the situation of "three-waste" and energy consumption in the sulphttric acid industry in China, the major measures of saving energy and reducing pollutants discharges are discussed, such as decreasing pressure drop through optimization of plant, adopting high-efficient acid pump and blower, to increase recovery and utilization of waste heat, decreasing SO: discharge of off-gas to increase SO: conversion, recovery and utilization of low-concentration SO: smelter off-gas arsenic in acid waste water. To carry out energy saving and pollutants discharges reducing, the sulphttric acid industry needs to get support and encouragement from govemrnents of all levels, properly deal with relations between social responsibility and economic benefits and rationally select technology, equipment and parameters.
