摘要
介绍了攀钢烧结烟气的特点、二氧化硫的来源。将当前常用的烧结烟气脱硫技术按脱硫剂的主要成分归为钙法、氨法和炭法,评述了它们的技术特点。然后结合攀钢的实际,分析攀钢烧结烟气脱硫技术的要求,提出炭法烟气脱硫技术最适合攀钢。然后对该技术应用在攀钢产生的经济效益进行了详细的阐述,最后对该技术在攀钢的应用提出了项目实施建议。
This article introduces the characteristics of the agglomeration flue gas and the source of the SO2 in PanZhiHua Steel. The current main agglomeration flue gas desulphurization technologies are concluded into 3 categories according to the main composition of the desulphurization material, such as, Calciumtechnique, Ammonia-teehnique and Carbon-technique, their characteristics are then evaluated and compared. In, succession, the article analyses the request of the agglomeration flue gas desulphurization technology, based on the current circumstances in PanZhiHua Steel. Then it suggest that the fittest technology is the Carbon-technique, in addition, the economic benefits brought about by this technology's applica- tion in PanZhiHua Steel are expatiated particularly. In the end, how to implement the technology in PanZhiHua Steel are recommended.
