摘要
山东省某生活垃圾焚烧发电项目设计处理能力为日入炉垃圾2 000 t,并配套600m3/d规模的渗滤液处理设施,采用反应沉淀/厌氧/SBR/深度处理工艺,出水水质达到爯城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准爲(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准.介绍了该配套设施的概况、工艺流程、构筑物设计和设备配置情况,并对调试过程及经验进行了总结.
The design capacity of a waste incineration power plant in Shandong Province was 2 000 t/d. A set of leachate treatment facilities with a capacity of 600 m^3/d were built, and the effluent quality met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB 18918-2002). The general situation of affiliated facilities, process flow, parame-ters of structures and equipment configuration were introduced. The commissioning process and experi-ence were summarized.
