摘要
基于模流分析技术进行了壁挂式扬声器前后壳的一模两腔注塑模设计。通过浇口位置分析确定了浇注系统的位置,通过流道平衡分析确定了平衡流道的尺寸;通过充填分析查看了充填效果、最大注射压力及锁模力;最后基于模流分析结果进行了模具的总体结构设计,并阐述了其开合模动作过程。实践表明采用模流分析技术能提高模具设计的合理性及效率,产品质量较高。
Development of injection molds for wall speaker covers was carried out based on moldflow technology in this paper. The gate location was determined by gate location analysis and the balanced runner was got by runner balance analysis, then filling analysis was carried out to inspect the filling result of the two cavities, maximum injection pressure and clamp force. Finally, the mold was designed based on the result of Moldflow analysis and its structure and movement principle were illuminated in details. Practice has proved that Moldflow technology can be used to ensure the reasonable and efficiency of mold design and high quality products can be obtained quickly.
