组合式型腔的注塑平衡流道分析优化 被引量:5

摘要 通过浇口平衡解决了组合式型腔的注塑平衡过程中浇口尺寸精度难保证、计算公式难以符合实际情况和修模不易等问题。采用流道平衡分析对组合型腔进行流道截面尺寸优化,从而实现了注塑平衡,将各个不同形状型腔充填时间的不平衡率控制在了5%以内,将各个不同型腔内的压力差控制在5 MPa以内。结果表明:流道平衡分析实现了组合式型腔的平衡浇注,使不同型腔间的充填时间和型腔压力都实现了注塑平衡;还尽可能地减小了分流道的尺寸,从而减小了注射时塑料熔体的损耗。而流道截面尺寸的加工可以通过数控加工精密控制,与浇口平衡相比,大大地降低了试模的难度。 It was difficult to achieve the balanced injection by gate balance because the gate size accuracy was difficult to guarantee, the calculation formula was difficult to meet the actual situation and modifying mold was not easy. The balance of injection was achieved through the runner size optimization by runner balance analysis. The fill time imbalance rate was controlled to less than 5% from different shapes of the cavities. The pressure difference of the cavities was controlled to less than 5 MPa. It was showed that the balanced injection was achieved by runner balance analysis, the filling time and cavity pressure between different cavity achieved the balance of injection molding. And the size of the runner was reduced as much as possible,thus the consumption of the plastic melt was reduced. The runner section size could be processed by CNC machining, relative to the gate balance, the difficult of modifying mold was greatly reduced.
