摘要
设计1副5点进浇三板模用于电器底盖的自动化注射成型,5点进浇通过节流阀调节,脱模机构设置了3个斜导柱、1个弯销和1个倒装式弯销实现塑件外壁侧边特征脱模,通过4个斜推机构对塑件的内壁倒扣进行侧抽芯脱模。模具结构布置合理,机构简单实用,可为同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。
A three-plate mould with five point gates was designed for automatic injection moulding the bottom cover of the electrical appliance.The pouring of the five point gates was adjusted by the runner throttle.Three inclined guide pillar sliders,one angular cam slid⁃er,and one inverted angular cam slider were set in the demoulding mechanism to realize demoulding of the lateral feature on the outer wall of the plastic parts.Four inclined block mechanisms were used to carry out the side core-pulling of buckles on inner wall of the plastic parts.Finally,the plastic part was pushed out by using nine ejector sleeves and fif⁃teen ejector pins.The mould structure layout was reasonable and the mechanism was sim⁃ple and practical.
