摘要
针对带有周向凸台及内侧倒扣的套环脱模困难的问题,设计了多向分步抽芯的双分型面注射模。根据塑件的尺寸和结构特点,创建了复合进浇的浇注方案,通过定距分型机构控制开模顺序,依次完成弯销侧抽芯、斜顶块内抽芯及推块二次推出运动,最终实现塑件自动脱模。实际结果表明,模具结构设计合理,工作稳定。
Aiming at the difficult problem of ring demoulding for circumferential boss and inner under cut,an injection mould with double parting level was designed that core pulling by using multi-direction and multi-step process,and a compound pouring scheme was put forward according to the size and structure of the plastic parts.The opening sequence of the mould was controlled by the fixed distance parting mechanism.The side core-pulling withbending pin,inner core-pulling with inclined ejector pin and the secondary push with ejector padwere completed in turn to realize the automatically demoulding.The actual results showed that the mould structure was reasonable and its work was stable.
