摘要
介绍了风扇外壳的结构特点,设计了带多种抽芯及二次推出机构的冷热流道相结合的注射模,成型时控制了塑件的翘曲变形等缺陷;运用3种不同类型的侧抽芯机构,实现了塑件各处侧孔的脱模,利用二次推出机构,解决了塑件包紧力大、脱模难的问题,模具结构简单、可靠性好、实用性强,为同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。
The structural characteristics of the fan housing were presented,and the injection mould with the combination of cold and hot runners with various core-pulling and twice ejection mechanism was designed.It controlled the defects such as deformation and warp⁃ing during the moulding process.Three different types of side core-pulling mechanisms were used to realize the demoulding of side holes.The secondary ejection mechanism was used to solve the demoulding problem.The mould structure was simple and reliable and practical which could provide references for mould design for similar parts.
