摘要
根据电动牙刷电源按钮塑件的结构与工艺要求,制定了适合该塑件的注射模设计方案,模具采用两板模结构,无滑块与斜顶,进浇口采用侧面进胶方式,塑件内部无特殊结构,顶杆设计需要注意顶出平衡。实际生产表明,该模具结构合理,操作方便,动作顺畅,成型的塑件达到了客户要求。
According to the structure and technological requirements of power button parts of electric toothbrush, the design and analysis scheme of injection mold suitable for this part is formulated. The mold adopts two-plate mold structure, no slider and inclined top, side-feeding method for gate, no special structure inside the product, ejection balance should be paid attention to in ejection needle design. The actual production shows that the structure of the mold is reasonable, the operation is convenient and the movement is smooth. The plastic parts meet customer requirements.
