摘要
针对矿泉水瓶盖生产批量大、尺寸小、内部结构复杂的特点,设计了1模32腔的矿泉水瓶盖热流道注塑模。采用模流分析技术,通过最佳浇口位置分析确定了以制件顶面中心为浇口;通过成型窗口分析确定了制件成型工艺参数组合为:模温60℃、料温220℃、注射时间4 s;通过充填分析查看了制品充填的品质及对注射压力、锁模力的需求,由此辅助模具设计及成型工艺参数设置;详细阐述了热流道系统的设计要点及顺序脱模机构的结构及动作原理。实践表明,该模具动作可靠、生产效率高、产品品质稳定。
A hot runner injection mould for bottle lids was designed based on CAD/CAE. The topcenter of the lid was selected as the gate location. A set of optimal parameters were determined via molding window analysis, i. e. , mold temperature 60 ℃, melt temperature 220 ℃, and injection time 0. 4 s. The key issues in the design of the hot runner system, the structure and movement principle of sequential demoulding mechanism were introduced in details. The effects of injection pressure and clamping force on the filling quality were examined to improve the design.
