摘要
针对传统模具设计的弊端,提出了采用模流分析技术对模具进行优化设计的思想。以电器框架塑件为实例,借助模流分析软件Moldflow对其浇口位置进行计算机模拟分析,并在此基础上进行产品初步成型分析,根据分析结果有针对性地优化模具设计方案,避免了设计中的盲目性,降低了生产成本。
The mold flow analysis technology was proposed for the optimum design of injection mold to eliminate the disadvantages of traditional mold design.Taking the molded part of appliance frame as an example,the best gate location of the mold was analyzed by Moldflow software.The design plan of the injection mold was optimized according to the analyzing results of initial molding of the product,which could avoid the blindness of design and reduce the cost of production.
