摘要
基于CAE技术进行了CRT显示器后壳的注塑模设计。通过浇口位置分析确定了浇注系统的位置,通过成型窗口分析确定了成型工艺参数;通过流动分析查看了充填效果、最大注射压力、锁模力、熔接痕位置以及气穴位置;最后基于CAE分析结果进行了模具的总体结构设计,并阐述了其开合模动作过程。
Development'of injection molds for back covers of CRT displays was carried out based on CAE technology in this paper. The gate location was determined by gate location analysis and the optimum molding conditions was got by molding window analysis, then filling analysis was carried out to inspect the filling result, maximum injection pressure and clamp force, weld lines, and air trap locations. Finally, the mold was designed based on the result of CAE analysis and its structure and movement principle were illustrated.
