摘要 注塑成型工艺对制品质量有着很大的影响。以一塑料盖板为例,基于Moldflow软件的翘曲分析功能模块,以翘曲变形量为指标,结合正交试验方法分析模具温度、熔体温度、填充时间、保压压力、保压时间对试验指标的影响。通过对试验结果进行极差分析得出试验因素对试验指标的影响重要程度依次为:保压压力、熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间,对优化的成型工艺参数组合进行验证,其翘曲变形量降低了62%,研究表明,结合正交试验的模流分析对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。 The plastic injection molding process has a great influence on the quality of product. This paper takes a shell for example,the warping deformation as the index,based on warping analysis module of Moldflow software,combined with orthogonal experiment scheme,and has analyzed the influence of mold temperature,melt temperature,filling time,packing pressure,packing time on the experimental index. According to the experimental results,the influence degree sequence of injection molding process on warping deformation is holding pressure,melt temperature,mold temperature,holding time,injection time. The optimized molding process parameter combination was obtained and validated,and the warping deformation reduced by 62%,which indicates that the mold-flow combined with orthogonal experiment scheme has a certain guiding significance for actual production.
