摘要
根据软底透气皮质鞋底的结构特点,分析其成型工艺特点并制定了产品成型工艺方案。鞋底模具主要由第一模具和第二模具2个部分构成,第一模具的型腔呈前脚掌形状,第二模具的型腔主要呈全脚掌形状,通过2次开模制成前脚掌镶嵌皮料、内外表面注塑成型的鞋底模具。该模具结构新颖,可以制作能柔性包裹脚部、适应不同的脚部形状且透气性好的鞋底。
According to the soft and ventilate leathery sole structure and its process featrues, molding process was designed. The sole mould concluded two different parts： the first mould and the second mould. The first mould presented as the forefoot and the second mould mainly looked like a whole-foot shape. Use two-times molding method to form the forefoot inlaid leather and inner and outer surface of the injected sole mould. This mould structure is of great creativity and it can be used to make a kind of soft and ventilated leath- ery sole which is of great flexibility and adjustment for different feet.
