摘要
介绍了模拟焊机的结构和缺点,阐述了数字焊接的核心部分——电源,数字化弧焊电源具有传统模拟电源无法企及的优势,以及数字化弧焊电源的工作原理与主要特点。以逆变弧焊电源为主,分别从主电路控制、外特性控制、接口控制和智能控制四个方面的关键性技术进行探讨,并就目前数字化弧焊电源技术存在的问题作了简要介绍。评述了数字化弧焊电源的研究现状并初步预测了其发展前景。
The structure and demerits of analog welder are introduced in the paper.And the power source of digital welding,the principle and features are described.The traditional analog power source can't match the advantages of the digital welding power source.The four key technologies of main circuit control, external characteristic control, interface control and intelligent control are studied.Some problems of digital welding power source are pointed out and observing the situation of study and forecasting the prospects for the development of digital arc welding power source in the end.
