摘要 用数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)设计了IGBT感应加热电源控制系统。DSP采用TMS320LF2407A,主要用于实现数字锁相环、参数采样和恒流控制算法;CPLD采用EPM7128,主要用于完成驱动死区时间设置,并由此芯片来完成系统中其它逻辑控制功能。通过这种设计方案,实现了感应加热电源的数字化控制,并给出了相应的软件框图。 The control system of IGBT induction heating power supply is designed based on DSP(digital signal processor) and CPLD (complex programmable logic device).DSP TMS320LF2407A was adopted to realize digital phase locked loop,sample parameters during induction heating process and realize constant current control algorithm.CPLD EPMT128 was adopted to complete the dead band time setting and logic control.The digital control of induction heating power supply was implemented through this design approach, and the software chart was illustrated as well in this paper.
