摘要
对近年来固态高频感应加热电源的研究动态做了简要的概述,分析对比了当前两种主要的高频逆变方案,特别对串联逆变器做了详细的讨论.以功率MOSFET为功率开关元件,采用多管并联的方法研制成10kw、125kHz试验样机一台,并对降低开关损耗、多管并联驱动、功率调节等问题做了研究和试验.
The authors describe the recent development trend for HF induction heating power supply. A comparative analysis is made for two main kinds of available HF inverter schemes. Particularly for the series inverter, a 10kHz prototype with power MOSFET as power switch is made by multidevices parallel connection. The research and experiment are implemented for switching loss reduction, multide-vices parallel driving and power adjustion.
