摘要
针对传统焊接电弧摆动系统结构复杂、体积大、焊接电弧可达性较差等问题,提出一种与焊炬一体化设计的焊接电弧摇动系统.通过步进电机驱动光栅盘转动,并借助光电开关的位置传感信号,单片机精确计量出光栅缺口宽度,焊前自动寻找出光栅缺口中心,确定摇动轨迹中点;通过驱动微弯型导电杆机构,使焊丝端部的电弧作往复式圆弧形摇动,实现摇动电弧焊接.试验结果表明:该系统结构紧凑,运行可靠,定位控制精度高,满足焊接实际要求.
Aiming at the problems of traditional welding arc oscillators, such as complex structure, large volume and the worse teachability of welding arc, we propose a welding arc swing system that is integrated with torch. A microprocessor controls a stepping motor to turn grating disc, with the help of position sensing signal of photoe- lectric switch, and automatically searches for the swing midpoint before welding by determining the centre of light gap on the grating disc. This system then drives a micro-bent conductive rod mechanism to weave circularly the are at the end of welding wire, thus realizing the swinging arc welding. Experimental results Show that the system has compact configuration, and reliably operates at high positioning precision and satisfactory weld formation.
