摘要 焊接电弧图像包含非常丰富的信息。为了获得清晰的电弧图像,笔者通过CCD摄象机摄取焊接电弧图像,并且经图像采集卡去噪、滤波,然后将采集到的图像送入计算机系统进行图像处理。该处理方法主要是基于Labview平台并通过低通滤波来实现的,即对焊接电弧图像的数字化信息进行处理,从而能够滤去图像中像素值突变较大的小区域,使得图像变得更加平滑、清晰,能够便于提取出实验所需要的图像信息。 The images of welding arc contain a wealth of information. In order to obtain a clear image of the welding arc, the author got the images of welding arc through CCD cameraas well as denoising and filtering through image acquisition card, then the collected images were sent into computer system for image processing. The achievement of processing approach is mainly based on Labview Platform and via low-pass filter, that is exactly hangdling digital information of welding arc, it could filter the small areas in which pixel values change apparently, and get the image more smooth, more clear, therefore, it is convenient to get the image information that the experiment needs.
