摘要
设计了一种新型的零电压、零电流倍流整流电阻焊逆变电源,采用移相控制实现零电压、零电流开关全桥变换,其中超前桥臂实现零电压开通,滞后桥臂实现零电流关断。变压器二次侧采用一种单线圈双电感双管全波整流电路,整流二极管实现零电流自然关断,逆变器所有的功率器件都工作在软开关状态,降低了功率器件的应力和开关损耗,提高了弧焊逆变器的电磁兼容性能力,突出了逆变电源节能、体积小、质量轻、响应速度快的优点,特别适合大功率场合。
A new resistance welding inverter with zero-voltage and zero-current switching(ZVZCS-PWM was designed.The zero-voltage turn on was achieved for the leading-leg of the converter,and zero-current turn-off was achieved for the lagging-leg.A single line and double inductance commute circuit was used.The rectifier diodes in the secondary side were turned off naturally.All the power semiconductors in the converter were operated with soft-switching condition.Hence the switching stresses,losses and interferes were reduced,and electromagnetic compatibility is improved.The inverter power has many advantages such as saving energy,smaller,lighter and responding rapidly,further more the efficiency of the inverter was improved.It is especially suitable for the high power output applications.
