摘要
针对磁放大器式电源埋弧自动焊机设计了单片机控制系统。通过焊接电流反馈PI算法动态调节电源外特性;通过电压反馈PI算法调节送丝速度,实现了焊接规范的全闭环控制。使焊机具有参数预置、规范销定、数字显示及自动引弧和收弧等功能。
A control system based on single chip microprocessor is designed for submerged arc welder with magnetrol power source. The welding current feedback PI algorithm is used to adjust dynamicly the output volt-ampere characteristics of power source, and the voltage feedback PI algorithm is used to adjust wire-feed speed. All the welding parameters are controlled with closed-loop. The developed welder has many advantages such as specification parameters preseting, locking, digital display, and automatic arc starting and stopping functions.
