摘要
研制了铝镁合金数字化弧焊电源,搭建了基于DSP和ARM的控制系统和人机交互系统,分析了数字化焊机系统和双脉冲控制流程,通过大量的大步距标定工艺试验研究,使得建立数字化双脉冲焊铝的专家数据库简明模块化.对矩形波、梯形波的双脉冲焊铝进行了不同电流下的焊接试验,由焊接波形与焊缝成形可知,焊接电流波形规整稳定,无断弧现象发生,飞溅少,焊缝呈美观、清晰的鱼鳞纹,通过调节低频调制频率来改变鱼鳞纹的宽度,达到了预设的成形要求.
A kind of digital arc power supply for welding of aluminum-magnesium alloy was developed in this paper.Its control system and human-computer intercommunion system based on DSP and ARM were set up,and the digital welding-machine system and the double-pulse control process were analyzed.Through a lot of technical experiments on large step calibration,the expert database in the digital double-pulse welding of aluminum was constructed made to be laconic and modularized.Welding tests on aluminum in rectangular and trapezoidal double-pulse wave were conducted at different currents.From the welding wave shapes and welding seam forms,it can be seen welding current waveforms are regular and stable,which were without any phenomena of breaking arc,basically without any splashes.And welding beads are beautiful with clear fish scale.Adjustment on the modulated frequency in low frequency to change the width of fish scales helped achieve the preset form required.
