基于极点配置的逆变焊接电源最小拍控制及其稳定鲁棒性 被引量:2

Pole-assignment based deadbeat control and its stability robustness in an inverter welding power source

摘要 最小拍控制律应用于基于全桥功率变换电路的逆变焊接电源恒流输出控制,具有良好的动态性能,然而最小拍控制对焊接回路的电感值变化较为敏感,系统的稳定鲁棒性较差。电源输出电缆会给焊接回路带来额外寄生电感,并将有可能导致最小拍控制失稳。采用极点配置法对最小拍控制律进行改进,能够有效提升控制系统对电感值变化的适应能力。实验结果和研究表明:系统的鲁棒性随着配置极点的个数和极点与原点间距离的增加而增强,但动态性能会受到一定影响。通过调整配置极点的个数和位置,能够实现控制系统稳定鲁棒性和快速性的折中和平衡,满足实际焊接电源输出特性控制的要求。 The deadbeat control law was used to control the constant current output of an inverter welding power source based on a full-bridge power converter topology. The controller has good dynamics;however,it is sensitive to changes of the inductance in the output welding loop and is not stable.The cable in the output welding loop of the power source provides an extra parasitic inductance,which leads to instabilities of the deadbeat control system.The pole assignment method was used to improve the deadbeat control and the control system adaptability to inductance variations.Tests show that the control system stability is enhanced by increasing the number of poles as well as the distance between the poles and the origin,but these changes slow the system dynamic response.The compromise between the stability and the response speed is balanced by adjusting the pole locations and the number of poles to provide the desired control characteristics of the welding power source.
